airbag apparatus is provided to improve a front bearing power saving a passenger in the initial stage of an unfolding at which an internal pressure of an airbag cushion is low and to secure a right and left width in such a manner that a passenger is loaded in the late stage of an unfolding at which an internal pressure of the airbag cushion is secured. An airbag apparatus includes an airbag cushion expanded and unfolded by inflow gas, a folding part of which both terminals are coupled to right and left sides in the airbag cushion and which is folded between both terminals thereof, and a width tether having a fixing part which fixes the folding part in a folded state. The airbag apparatus includes a width tether having an airbag cushion which is expanded and unfolded when gas inflow therein, a first tether which is coupled to a left side in the airbag cushion with one terminal thereof and allows a first ring part to be formed to the other terminal thereof, a second tether which is coupled to a right side in the airbag cushion with one terminal thereof and allows a second ring part movably coupled to the first ring part to be formed to the other terminal thereof, and a fixing part which fixes first and second ring parts. |
