摘要 The invention provides a manufacturing method of enzyme-containing healthy food. The manufacturing method of the enzyme-containing healthy food is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding sugar, weeds, vegetable fermentation liquid, fruit fermentation liquid, kelp fermentation liquid, fermentation calcium and brown sugar bacteria into the weeds extract to be fermented so as to obtain a first charge liquid; then adding pawpaw fermentation liquid into the first charge liquid to be fermented and cured so as to obtain the second charge liquid; and finally filtering the second charge liquid.
