In a machining method and a machining apparatus, a machining station (2) is disposed between a first material-feeding station (3) and a second material-feeding station (4) while being spaced apart therefrom. A slider for mounting a first workpiece targeted and a second workpiece targeted fed respectively from the first material-feeding station (3) and the second material-feeding station (4) thereon is movable between a first position at which the machining station (2) machines the second workpiece targeted, and simultaneously, a next first workpiece fed from the first material-feeding station (3) is mounted on the slider as the first workpiece targeted, and a second position where the machining station (2) machines the first workpiece targeted, and simultaneously, a next second workpiece fed from the second material-feeding station (4) is mounted on the slider as the second workpiece targeted. |
