<p>The probe (100) has a measuring cell (102) for detecting a measurement voltage. A heating element (104) is used for heating the measuring cell. An external heating voltage is applied to the heating element via a first common electrical conductor to read out the measurement voltage of the measurement cell. A first diode element is electrically connected to the measuring cell in front of the filament voltage. An independent claim is included for a sensor unit for detecting portion of solid component of mixture of substance.</p> |
