PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution in which light generated from a light source is guided to a light-emitting surface by a cheaper method than that of the prior art, a luminaire capable of guiding light efficiently and in a less-expensive manner to the light-emitting surface, a nice-looking luminaire and a bed device having the luminaire.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a luminaire 1 comprising a light guide member 2 for injecting light generated from a light source 5 for producing light and guiding it to a light-emitting face 22, a reflection member 3 covering at least one surface of the light guide member 2 and reflecting it inside and toward the light-emitting face side and a holding member 4 having the light source 5 inside and holding a positional relation between the light guide member 2 and the light source 5, in which the light-emitting member 2 is provided with a plurality of diffusion holes 6 for diffusing light inside at alternative positions in respect to an optical axis X from the light source 5. |
