PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return a rotated assisting handle to a neutral position without losing operation feeling, while maintaining operability of the assisting handle.SOLUTION: A steering assisting device which assists steering of a vehicle includes: an assisting handle 303 which receives operation of a driver; a transmission device which transmits rotation of the assisting handle 303 to a main handle; and a biasing device 305 which biases the assisting handle 303 in a direction to return it to a neutral position when the assisting handle 303 is rotated from the neutral position.
