PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device which allows for easy removal and mounting of a stationary mold along an opening/closing direction and easy removal and mounting of a movable mold.SOLUTION: A mold device includes a mold clamper having a mold engaging part including an engaging claw having an engaging surface in contact with the clamp surface of a concave clamp groove of a stationary mold or a movable mold and a rotary part as the rotation center of the engaging claw. The engaging claw includes an engaging surface part which rotates in one direction through the rotary part so as to enter the clamp surface of the stationary mold and the movable mold for engagement, a support surface part adjacent to the engaging surface part which approaches a stationary mold mounting member or a movable mold mounting member during the rotation in one direction, and a mounting allowance surface part disposed on the opposite surface of the engaging surface part which is reversely rotated through the rotary part so as to retreat from the clamp groove. The engaging claw includes biasing means between the stationary mold mounting member or the movable mold mounting member and the support surface part for biasing in the direction retreating from the clamp groove at all time. |
