PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cultivating Hedyotis diffusa high in a content of useful component.SOLUTION: A method of cultivating Hedyotis diffusa includes: a settled-planting step S101 of carrying out settled-planting of Hedyotis diffusa ; and an irradiation step S102 of irradiating the Hedyotis diffusa with light having an average value of photon flux density of 325 μmol msor more in a plant growth chamber. Further, in the irradiation step S102, a temperature of cultivation environment is set to 25°C, a humidity is set to 70%, and light is irradiated such that 14 hours of a light period and 10 hours of a dark period are repeated in the hydroponics. Further, the settled-planting step S101 includes a cutting step in which a scion of a height of 30 mm or more of Hedyotis diffusa is settled-planted to attain the settled-planting of Hedyotis diffusa, and in the irradiation step S102, the scion settled-planted in the cutting step is irradiated with light. |
