PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for a water-based ball-point pen having dry-up performance and suppressed abrasion of a ball seat.SOLUTION: An ink composition for a water-based ball-point pen contains at least water, a glycol-based solvent, titanium oxide, dextrin, and a shear-viscosity reducing agent, and a content of the titanium oxide is 0.1 to 15 mass% based on the total amount of the ink composition. |
