PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor interface capable of receiving and transmitting simultaneously input signals and output signals without increasing the number of terminals on a terminal unit.SOLUTION: A mode detector 20 of a sensor interface 10 is configured to detect the mode specified by a mode signal when an input signal ST1 received from a first terminal T1 is the mode signal. When the mode detected by the mode detector 20 is a sensor output mode, a communication section 30 of the sensor interface 10 transmits an electric signal obtained from a sensor circuit SC to the second terminal T2. When the mode detected by the mode detector 20 is a communication mode, the communication section 30 receives an input signal from the first terminal T1 while transmits an output signal ST2 to the second terminal T2. |
