PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cast casting metal mold and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of simplifying a manufacturing process, and capable of preventing water leakage while maintaining the cooling effect even in use when casing metal having a melting point of 419°C or more.SOLUTION: A casting metal mold 1 comprises a bottomed hole 2 having a bottom part 2a in a tip part and a bush 3 made of metal for forming a cooling water passage 4a having a bottom part 3a in a tip part on its inside. A surface 6 for forming the bottomed hole 2 and an outer peripheral surface 5 of the bush 3 are joined in a state of being brought into close contact via a filler composed of a high heat conduction material having fluidity when filled between the surface 6 and the outer peripheral surface 5, losing the fluidity when a binder quantity evaporates by adding heat by being used for casing and having the melting point of 425°C or more. |
