Disclosed are a call processing method and device. The call processing method comprises: a call centre server receiving a connection request from a designated terminal, wherein the designated terminal is a fixed terminal or a mobile terminal capable of accessing the call centre server; the call centre server determining the user authority of the designated terminal; and the call centre server sending to the designated terminal customer data corresponding thereto according to the user authority of the designated terminal which has established a connection. The technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention is applicable to enable a user to call a target customer anytime and anywhere, and can strengthen the data protection of the target customer. |
