<p>The invention relates to a capsule for preparing and dispensing beverages, by means of the injection of a pressurised fluid into the capsule. The capsule is of the type that comprises: at least two hollow bodies, namely an upper body open at the upper and lower faces thereof and an upwardly open lower body, the lower face of said lower body including a hole designed to discharge the beverage; an impermeable lid which seals the upper face of the upper body; a lower membrane which closes the lower face of the upper body; a chamber containing at least one ingredient, defined by the side walls of the upper body, the impermeable lid and the lower membrane; an outer flange on the periphery of the upper face of the upper body, having a larger peripheral diameter, to which the impermeable lid is secured; an inner flange on the periphery of the lower face of the upper body, having a smaller peripheral diameter, to which the lower membrane is secured; perforation means located inside the lower body, which comprise a profiled plate including at least one raised perforation profile located on the upper face and which perforate the lower membrane that closes the lower face of the upper body; means for breaking the force of the flow of the beverage, which guide the beverage towards the outlet hole in the lower body and which are located on the lower face of the perforated plate; and a guide pin which projects downwards from the centre of the lower face of the profiled plate. The capsule is characterised in that it comprises: a) connecting means which are located on the upper body and on the lower body and which allow the bodies to be connected to, and disconnected from one another; and b) a gasket or packing disposed between the upper body and the lower body in the connection or coupling therebetween, hermetically sealing said connection. The capsule can be reused and it can be opened and refilled with a selected ingredient in order to prepare the desired beverage.</p> |
