PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door for a safety fence of a platform capable of restraining intrusion of a user to between a train and the safety fence.SOLUTION: A door 10 for a safety fence of a platform 1 is provided with: a fence door 15 provided in a safety fence 6 for partitioning an upper part of the platform 1 into a track side area 2 near a track 4 and a passing area 3 where a user passes and capable of switching a closing state of closing the track side area 2 and the passing area 3 by being positioned in the extension direction of the safety fence 6 and an opening state of opening a part of the track side area 2 to the passing area 3 by being positioned in the track side area 2 and partitioning the track side area 2 into a part opened to the passing area 3 and a part unopened in the passing area 3; and a total length switching mechanism for shortening the length of the fence door 15 from a rotational center C of the fence door 15 in the opening state more than in the closing state. |
