PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, etc. supporting determination of an optimum collective human deployment of plural employees to plural organizations.SOLUTION: The system supports to determine the work placement of persons to plural organizations. The system includes: an organization skill master storage that stores necessity values for each of skills in each of the organizations with respect to plural skills; an employee skill storage that stores skill evaluation values representing skill level of each of the employees; and a work placement determination section that determines the work placement of the employees in each of the organizations. The work placement determination section calculates the applicability to an organization by using an evaluation function including a first term for calculating a difference between the value of necessity of a skill and a skill evaluation value and a second term for calculating a maximum value of the difference between the value of necessity of the skill and the skill evaluation value, and determines the work placement in the organizations on the basis of the calculated applicability. |
