A tool for trimming flash from the inside of pipes comprises a bar 36 pivoted on a mandrel 2 and carrying a cutter 62 between pipecontacting guide portions 50. The bar rocks on a pivot 20 and is constrained by a pin or pins 14 in bores 38 and a pin 32 on an L-bracket 10. The bracket may be integral with the mandrel 2. The cutter 62 is secured by screws 66 and positioned by a screw 64. |
