The surface element made of different material such as bio-plastic. A friction portion (6) having specific shape and size is provided along curved running path around circumference of surface element. Releasable lever arms (7,8) are provided at vicinity of surface element for locating the surface element at top of container. A sealing element (13) is turned towards direction of attractive force of friction portion for sealing of container.
