PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable lithium battery with increased thermal impact durability, an electrode composition, and an electrolyte composition.SOLUTION: A rechargeable lithium battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and an electrolyte, and includes a compound represented by the chemical formula 1 in one or more of the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the electrolyte. In the chemical formula 1, k, l, and m are each independently an integer of 0 to 20 and are selected such that the compound of the chemical formula 1 has an asymmetrical structure; and n is an integer of 1 to 7. |
