PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjusting a resistance value without using a special device such as a laser-related device and without causing an increase in circuit scale.SOLUTION: A resistor 1 includes trimming resistors R1 to R4, main resistors R5 to R8, and a first terminal and a second terminal for applying a predetermined voltage. The trimming resistors R1 to R4 and the main resistors R5 to R8 are connected in parallel to one another. A portion where one-side terminals of the trimming resistors R1 to R4 and the main resistors R5 to R8 are commonly connected is first wiring L1. A portion where the other-side terminals of the trimming resistors R1 to R4 and the main resistors R5 to R8 are commonly connected is second wiring L2. The first wiring L1 and the second wiring L2 are connected to the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively. Adjustment portions a1 to a4 each having a different width are provided at end portions of the trimming resistors R1 to R4 at the first wiring L1 side. |
