PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for integrating a general communication function such as a telephone and a data apparatus, a function for daily collecting/accumulating health management data of a health management target person, and a function for making a notification of an abnormal change and abnormality of a health state of the health management target person.SOLUTION: The communication device comprises: means for inputting and accumulating health management data of respective health management target persons from a predetermined health management apparatus connected to the communication device; means for displaying the fact that a timing when predetermined health management data should be input comes; means for transmitting information on the health management data to a predetermined notification destination; and means for making a notification of an abnormal change in which the health management data is not input or abnormality associated with health management data which exceeds an allowable range. |
