PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that can form a hydroxy apatite coated film in which a hydrophilic property is high, and homogeneity, an adhesive property, water resistance, and abrasion resistance are excellent when performing coating on the base material; and a coating object, relating to a coating composition including a crystalline hydroxyapatite fine grain, and a coating object obtained by coating the same on a base material.SOLUTION: A coating composition that includes a hydroxyapatite fine grain in which a volume average grain diameter is in a range of 40 nm to 3 μm and that has a crystalline property; and a polyphosphoric acid (salt), is used. |
