The system (1) has working units (2-4) to generate medical pressurized air. One of two gas conditioning units (8) is connected with a pressure reduction valve (9) connected to load (10). Gas sampling point (11) is provided between pre-filter (7) and conditioning unit, and connected to a gas analysis measuring device (12) to measure gas and oil concentrations, so that entry of contaminations is recognized if power pipe system and load are protected by gas conditioning unit. The pre-filter is arranged to liberate the pressurized air generated from the liquid portions of oil and water.
