PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access device to abdominal cavity for a medical treatment instrument in which favorably retaining a surgical view field by effectively evacuating smoke generated in an abdominal cavity and facilitating the smoke evacuating are possible in a laparoscopic surgery.SOLUTION: The access device for a medical treatment instrument includes: retractor means 1 that is mounted on an incision wound and retains the incision by clamping the abdominal wall between a body surface-side ring 11 and an abdominal cavity-side ring 12; cap means 2 that has a plurality of port setting parts to be insertion paths of the treatment instrument into the abdominal cavity; connection means 3 that includes a flexible tubular member to be airtightly connected to each of the retractor means 1 and cap means 2; a gas injection port 4 that is provided in the cap means 2 and supplies the abdominal cavity with pneumoperitoneum gas; and a tubular smoke evacuation route 5 having flexibility and evacuating the smoke generated in the abdominal cavity to the outside. A smoke evacuation intake port 511 that is an abdominal cavity-side terminal of the smoke evacuation route 5 is passed through the interior of the retractor means and disposed at a position substantially similar to the abdominal cavity-side ring 12 or protruding from the abdominal cavity-side ring 12. |
