INFRARED ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DIODE

An infrared organic electroluminescent diode comprising: a transparent substrate (2), a positive electrode (3) arranged on the transparent substrate (2), a hole transport layer (4) arranged on the positive electrode (3), a light-emitting layer (5) arranged on the hole transport layer (4), a hole blocking layer (6) arranged on the light-emitting layer (5), an electron transport layer (7) arranged on the hole blocking layer (6), and a negative electrode (8) arranged on the electron transport layer (7). The light-emitting layer (5) is an infrared light-emitting layer. The infrared organic electroluminescent diode has a simple structure and reduced costs, and allows for implementation of flexible infrared display.
