The present invention relates to a noncalcinated red clay tile using a natural binder and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a noncalcinated red clay tile which is able to naturally perform constant temperature maintenance, deodorization and humidity control and is harmless to humans by using a natural binder which is harmless to humans, and a manufacturing method thereof. The red clay tile and manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention include red clay as a main component, and manufacture the tile with the minimum amount of the binder for maintaining the physical properties of construction inside materials by adopting the natural binder which is harmless to humans. The present invention provides the environment-friendly red clay tile manufactured by adopting a noncalcinated method rather than a calcinated method, and the manufacturing method thereof, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and energy.
