PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve difficulty in hearing a reproduced sound.SOLUTION: The adjusting device includes (A) a calculation section and (B) a correction section. The calculation section determines the ratio between a frequency characteristic in a first frequency band of a sound signal and a frequency characteristic in a second frequency band on a frequency side higher than the first frequency band of the sound signal, and, when the determined ratio does not satisfy a predetermined reference, calculates an adjustment amount for adjusting at least a part of the frequency characteristic included in the sound signal so that the ratio approaches the predetermined reference. The correction section corrects at least a part of the frequency characteristic included in the sound signal in accordance with the adjustment amount. |
