PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a measurement condition to be returned to a state before reading of the measurement condition when necessary by automatically saving a measurement condition set at present when reading a preceding measurement condition from a save file in a measurement instrument including the save file where measurement conditions are saved.SOLUTION: When a preceding measurement condition is read from a save file by operation of a read execution key 50c in a state where a measurement condition (current measurement condition) to be executed at present is set, the current measurement condition is stored in, for example, an SRAM 30b, and thereafter, the current measurement condition can be read from the SRAM 30b by operation of a reset key 50d. |
