PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a motor failure due to peeling off of a residual adhesive by sealing an adhesive for fixing a magnet in an IPM motor and to improve the motor reliability.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 is configured as an IPM type in which a magnet 18 is housed and fixed in a rotor 3. The rotor 3 has a rotor core 16, a magnet housing hole 17, the magnet 18, rotor caps 41, 42, and a core spacer 43. In the magnet housing hole 17, a gap 20 is formed with an overhang part 19. In the rotor cap 41 and such, projections 45, 46, 47a, 47b are formed to be engaged with the gap 20, and an adhesive 40 is sealed within the magnet housing hole 17. The projections 47a, 47b of the core spacer 43 are arranged with an angle position relation in accordance with a step angle. The projection 45 of the rotor cap 41 is arranged with a predetermined angle position relation with a resolver rotor fitting piece 44. |
