PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce displacement of a rack fixing position caused by insufficient ground leveling of a site in a base of precast concrete blocks which is installed on the site to support a solar panel installation rack, and to save labor for ground leveling or carrying and installing the base even on a site where a large-sized heavy machine cannot be used or on a site of slope.SOLUTION: A single base is provided for supporting a rack at one position. The base includes a base part 1 installed on a site and a column-like part 11 for fixing the rack to the upper end thereof. A pit 2 is opened on a top face of the base part. The column-like part is inserted into the pit of the base part. The column-like part within the pit contacts the lower end thereof to a bottom of the pit, a rack fixing position 12 in the upper end thereof is disposed at an upper side of the base part, and a gap is formed between the column-like part and the pit, such that the column-like part can be tilted from a central position of the pit to any side of front, rear, left and right sides. The column-like part within the pit can be fixed to the base part in such an attitude that the column-like part is tilted or is not tilted from the central position of the pit. |
