In the present invention, reduced are the steps involved in legal and contractual risk analysis and determination with respect to moving applications and data between data centers. The legal and contractual risks with respect to data center moving are determined by carrying out the following: storing business application information that is information related to the management of applications and data, applicable law information with respect to data centers, and data center contractual information; extracting, from business application information corresponding to specific applications and data which are the objects of movement, first movement information that is information related to data center movement; extracting, from applicable legal information associated with the destination data center, second movement information that is information related to data center movement; extracting, from contractual information associated with the destination data center, third movement information that is information related to data center movement; and comparing the first movement information, the second movement information, and the third movement information. |
