<p>The present invention relates to a superconducting accelerometer, to an acceleration measurement device, and to an acceleration measurement method. The superconducting accelerometer includes: a rod-shaped body section; a testing mass having a disk-shaped coupling section which is connected to the body section and is formed into a superconductor; a floating solenoid coil which is arranged to surround one portion of the body section and causes the testing mass to be magnetically floated, and which is formed into a superconductor; a measurement superconductor coil arranged the upper part and/or the lower part of the coupling section; and a SQUID sensor which detects an electric current in response to a change in distance between the testing mass and the measurement superconductor coil.</p> |
