PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic water discharge device capable of discharging water at a proper temperature by accurately grasping a hand temperature, when washing a user's hands considerably changing in temperature. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this automatic water discharge device AFa sets a target water temperature on the basis of the user's hand temperature measured by a thermopile 20, controls an electromagnetic valve 42 and a heat exchanger 40 so as to increase a water temperature to the set target temperature, and controls the electromagnetic valve 42 so that the electromagnetic valve 42 can discharge the water, the temperature of which is increased by the electromagnetic valve 42 and the heat exchanger 40 controlled as above, to a water discharge area.
