The present invention relates to a fastening unit for preventing water leakage from the roof of a prefabricated building, wherein the fastening unit is to easily install photovoltaic panels on the roof using a simple method while preventing water leakage from the roof when connecting general roof panels. The fastening unit of the present invention comprises: a lower cap having a closed lower side, an opened upper side, and fixed surfaces externally formed at both sides of the upper side thereof so as to be laid on a connecting portion between the roof panels when the roof of the building is constructed by mutually connecting the end portions of the roof panels laid on a support, wherein the roof panel has both end portions bent in multi-stages to be inclined in the opposite direction to each other; a bracket inserted inside the lower cap and fixed to the support with the connecting portion between the lower cap and each roof panel by a fixing bolt; and an upper cap formed into a closed shape for preventing the inflow of rainwater and having both end portions which have fixed surfaces touching with and fixed to the fixed surfaces of the lower cap. |
