A steamer for cooking is disclosed. The disclosed steamer for cooking comprises a main body; a support frame fixed and installed on the upper surface of the main body; a steam generator built-in installed within the main body and generating steam; a vertical moving member capable of moving up and down penetrating the support frame and installed to be able to adjust the height; a steam discharge nozzle installed on the lower end of the vertically moving member and connected, and discharging steam supplied by the steam generator; a lid formed in a dome shape, installed in the lower end of the steam discharge nozzle, connected to the vertical moving member, controlling the height to the upper part of the main body, and spraying the steam discharged from the steam discharge nozzle into the inside at a high pressure; and a steam supply path connecting the steam generator and the steam discharge nozzle, and supplying the steam generated from the steam generator to the steam discharge nozzle. The food contained in the general container is steamed by spraying the steam discharged through the steam discharge nozzle into the inside of the lid at a high pressure in the state that the lid covers the open upper part of a general container placed on the upper part of the main body and seals. |
