<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle for warming which can keep its appearance fine when warmed and when cooled after being warmed even if the bottle has a thin-walled structure. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic bottle 10 for warming includes a mouth 11, a trunk 20, and a bottom 30. The trunk 20 has a substantially rectangular box shape having four side faces 21, and at each side face 21 of the trunk 20, a panel 23 recessed toward the inside of the trunk 20 is arranged. The total volume of four panels 23 is determined to be 18 to 50 ml, and the depth d<SB>1</SB>of each panel 23 is determined to be 3.0 to 5.0 mm.
