The smart card (1) has a display (4), a keyboard (5), network interface (7a-7c), a CPU (3), a micro-controller (2) and a memory area that is configured for signature information. The smart card is connected to a host system through the network interface. The transaction data is received through the network interface from the host system on the display to confirm a keystroke on the keyboard and is send to the PC with the signature. The physical contacts and circuits are configured to allow operation in a standard card reader to perform a transaction. |
