PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of suppressing variation of a surface temperature of a fixing member constituted of a cylindrical metal base body capable of being elastically deformed. SOLUTION: The fixing device includes: the fixing member 21 constituted of the cylindrical metal base body capable of being elastically deformed; a pressure member 22 for forming a fixing nip by being brought into contact with the fixing member 21; a fixing member heating means 24 for heating the fixing member 21; and a pressure member heating means 32 for heating the pressure member 22, and passes a recording medium in the fixing nip to fix non-fixing toner images on the recording medium.
