The present invention relates to a method of processing a customized implant abutment capable of increasing productivity. The method of processing a customized implant abutment simultaneously processes multiple customized abutments which are designed in order to be optimized to a patient on plate shaped materials. The present invention provides a method of producing the design data of an abutment for supporting an artificial crown by being safely arrived in a fixture installed in an alveolar bone of a patient. The method for producing the design data of the abutment produces multiple customized abutment design data. The method outputs connected abutment design data after connecting multiple abutment design data and processes multiple abutment through a CNC processing device. The present invention increases productivity since the multiple abutments are simultaneously processed and reduces processing costs, the burden of a patient and dental clinic costs. Accordingly, the present invention enlarges the adoption of the customized implant abutment optimized to the patient as compared to an existing abutment when the abutment used for implant surgery is used.
