An organic light emitting display comprises an organic light emitting array 150 and a touch electrode array 230 formed on respective buffer layers 130, 220 and arranged facing each other and joined together via an adhesive layer 400. Pad portions of the buffer layers are further arranged to face each other and are connected to each other via a sealant 450 including conductive balls 455. An external layer of the buffer layer 220 in contact with the sealant is formed of an inorganic layer in order to prevent permeation of moisture or air via the sealant, thereby preventing deterioration in contact characteristics between the arrays. |
