PURPOSE: A hybrid DDoS blocking system and a method thereof are provided to detect a DDoS through a DDoS device on a customer side. CONSTITUTION: A detection module(10) detects DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attack. In case the DDoS attack is detected, a control module transmits a control signal to a manager system(20) of an ISP(Internet Service Provider). The manager system controls the network device by the ISP.
