The present invention relates to a health management service method and, more specifically, to a health management service method which uses situation information based on a U-health platform in order to provide health monitoring, exercise, and diet services by using clinical information and the situation information including weather, provide various prescriptions to patients and doctors by using various variables which use the situation information, and provide various contents by providing a platform-based service in a U-health platform environment.
