The present invention relates to an outdoor high power LED lighting device. A concentration light source area (21), in which the proportion of a short axis distance to a long axis distance is 1:1-1:1.5, is formed on a high heat radiation substrate (20). The concentration light source area (21) has an area of 10-50 cm^2. LED chips (3) which can perform high brightness LED light emission of 30-80 W are intensively arranged within the concentration light source area (21). Therefore, a focusing beam type LED light source unit (2) capable of increasing light efficiency is formed. The high heat radiation substrate (20) having the focusing beam type LED light source unit (2) of high power of 30-80 W is closely fixated to a ceiling surface of a mounting space unit (14) of a heat sink case (10) for lighting. A cover plate (40) in which a lens (30) for light distribution is located and fixated on the lower side of the focusing beam type LED light source unit (2), is coupled to the heat sink case (10). The lens (30) for light distribution is made of a parabolic type concave inner surface (32) and an aspherical type convex outer surface (34). A single focusing beam emitted from the focusing beam type LED light source unit (2) is firstly refracted on the parabolic type concave inner surface (32) of the lens (30) for light distribution and is secondly refracted on the aspherical type convex outer surface (34). Therefore, light distribution for lighting is formed.
