According to an aspect of the present invention, a molten iron manufacturing device comprises: an iron ore mixing and pre-reducing furnace for charging and mixing natural iron ores and oxidized iron ores supplied from an iron ore oxidizing furnace, and heating or pre-reducing the iron ores using exhaust gas supplied from an iron ore reducing furnace; the iron ore reducing furnace for charging the pretreated iron ores mixed in and discharged from the pre-reducing furnace, and reducing the iron ores using reduction gas discharged from a melting gasifier; the melting gasifier for producing molten iron and the reduction gas to be supplied to the iron ore reducing furnace by charging coal and some of the reduced iron reduced in the iron ore reducing furnace; and the iron ore oxidizing furnace for converting new iron ores to iron ore containing a lot of oxygen by combusting the new iron ores and some of the reduced iron discharged from the iron ore reducing furnace with air after the new iron ores and some of the reduced iron are charged.
