The present invention relates to a sauce composition and a method of producing the same. The present invention provides the method of producing the sauce composition which comprises the following steps: (a) a step of mixing fermented soybean powder, boiled-down black rice liquid, black rice gruel, and berry extracts, or the fermented soybean powder, the boiled-down black rice liquid, the black rice gruel, and black garlic; (b) a step of adding fish sauce and salt to obtain a mixture; and (c) a step of fermenting the mixture for three to six months. By producing the sauce composition according to the present invention, the color of the sauce composition is fully expressed, and an antioxidative effect, an anticancer effect, a diabetic prevention effect, an osteoporosis prevention effect, an eyesight recovery effect, and an adult disease preventing effect are provided.
