A broadcast receiver receives packet stream. The broadcast receiver extracts display time information from a header of the packet stream and trigger information including a target object identifier from a payload of the packet stream. The broadcast receiver recognizes the kind of the trigger information. The broadcast receiver obtains information on a file location included in the target object identifier in case the trigger information is a preparation trigger. The broadcast receiver downloads a file included in the target object identifier in time corresponding to the display time information extracted through the obtained location information.
