The composites for photodynamic diagnosis or treatment having a core-shell structure according to the present invention in which biocompatible polymers to be ionized in a water system are ionic bonded to the outside of hydrophil photosensitizers may provide excellent accumulation properties of the hydrophil photosensitizers that are difficult to internalize into cancer cells due to the electric charges at the surfaces of said photosensitizers. Thus, the composites of the present invention may not only further increase the effect of apoptosis of cancer cells during near infrared radiation but also may be maintained stably during a blood circulation process. Thus, the composites of the present invention may not exhibit cytotoxicity to normal cells, and may exhibit superior effects in in-vivo stability, and therefore, can be valuably used in the photodynamic diagnosis or treatment of diseases. |
