PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable vehicle seat that can be retracted along a lateral wall of a vehicle by folding a seat back 40 on a seat cushion 50 to be rotated with the lateral wall side of the vehicle of the seat cushion 50 as a hinge center, which composes a lock device for holding the seat in a retraction position at a low cost by composing the lock device using members provided for other applications to decrease the number of components of the lock device.SOLUTION: A lock device is composed of a hook 10 provided on the back of the seat back 40 and an engaged member 20 supported by a vehicle body and arranged on the lateral wall of the vehicle of the seat cushion 50. At a retracting position for retracting a seat, the hook 10 is engaged with the engaged member 20 so that the seat is held at the retracting position. The engaged member 20 comprises an engagement portion 21C extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle across a range corresponding to at least a region from the front end to the rear end of the seat cushion 50. |
