PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique in which concentration unevenness in a print image can be reduced.SOLUTION: The control device has a generation section for performing image processing including error diffusion processing to image data to generate print data. The generation section has: a correction data acquisition section for acquiring correction data corresponding to a target position of a target pixel; and a compensation section for performing compensation processing using the compensation data which compensates variations in print concentration of an image to be printed on print media. The correction data corresponding to the target position can be obtained by using difference between a target value and a first neighboring value. The target value can be obtained by using a concentration characteristic value in the target position. The first neighboring value can be obtained by using the concentration characteristic value in a first neighboring position corresponding to a first neighboring pixel which is positioned in the vicinity of the target pixel. |
