The present invention relates to a portable roaster including a roasting pan, and a slope adjusting device adjusting the inclination of the roasting pan. The slope adjusting device adjusts the height of one side of the roasting pan using a rotary shaft with elasticity. The slope adjusting device includes: a fixing plate; an ascending unit combined to the fixing plate to adjust the height; and a rotation lever with one end combined to the ascending unit for adjusting the height of the ascending unit by the rotation angle of the rotary shaft.
