PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a deflection film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a deflection film comprises step (1) in which an active energy line curable type adhesive is applied to the second face of a polarizer of a piece protection polarization film provided with a first transparent protection film on the one side of the polarizer; second step (2) in which a second transparent protection film is bonded via the active energy line curable type adhesive; and third step (3) in which an adhesive layer is formed by emitting an active energy line to the active energy line curable type adhesive.
